Terms of service

Clear terms for a working tool.

Last updated August 10, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of GlidePath CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using GlidePath CRM

You may use GlidePath CRM for lawful real estate contact management, follow-up, collaboration, and related business activity. You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your workspace and data

You retain ownership of the lead, contact, branding, and business information you submit to GlidePath CRM. You grant GlidePath CRM permission to host, process, transmit, and back up that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to collect, upload, contact, and communicate with each person in your workspace, and for complying with applicable privacy, telemarketing, email, and real estate laws.

Team access

Workspace owners control invitations and assigned team permissions. Owners are responsible for the activity of people they authorize and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate. Invitation links and account credentials must not be shared with unintended recipients.

Acceptable use

You may not use GlidePath CRM to:

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or send unlawful or deceptive communications.
  • Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
  • Access another workspace without authorization or attempt to extract another user's information.
  • Resell, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse GlidePath CRM except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated activity that creates unreasonable load or harms service availability.

Connected services and generated drafts

Optional integrations are subject to the terms of their providers. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, content, and accuracy before sending any message. AI-assisted drafts may contain errors or unsuitable language and must be reviewed by a person before use.

Availability and changes

GlidePath CRM may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to keep the service dependable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned or urgent maintenance may temporarily limit access.

Account suspension or termination

You may stop using GlidePath CRM and request account deletion. GlidePath CRM may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

GlidePath CRM is a workflow and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide legal, brokerage, financial, tax, or compliance advice. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for professional decisions, communications, record accuracy, required backups, and compliance with applicable obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlidePath CRM and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for GlidePath CRM during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as GlidePath CRM changes. The updated date at the top of this page will show when revisions take effect. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
